Returns & Exchanges

Nahmias offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that all seasonal sale items and limited-edition collaborations are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
